The hotel overall was great. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The week it self excruciating hot! The elevator had no air, the main pool and adult pool both seemed dirty. Thankfully the beach is right there. The beach itself is beautiful. Wet relaxing and not over crowded.

Property was nice but the staff left a lot to be desired. The waitress at XO was great though! The greeters and reception staff were great. The workers in the market and the bar by the kids pool were rude and had extremely poor attitudes. Other guests also complained about them during our stay.

Beautiful setting right on a wide expanse of beach. The rooms are clean and thoughtfully equipped. Food options on site are pretty good, and many good restaurants are a short drive away. The staff was extraordinarily friendly and attentive. In all, a great place for a stress-free beach vacation.

Great location. Only issue was the elevators. When we arrived, one of the two guest elevators in our building was down. The second day, the orher elevator broke, leaving everyone in the building with only the service elevator. By the time we left, only one of the two guest elevators had been repaired. Other than that, the place was great.

Fantastic options for Families. Rooms were big, the kitchenette with sink & microwave allowed for some quick & easy meals for our young children. What a difference a year makes. Extremely disappointed in the level of service and the quality of our room. AC was broken during our two night stay and after multiple conversations nothing changed or happened. Finally ended up leaving at 5am because the room would not cool below 73 degrees. They need to complete what they started. Did a renovation but kept out dated equipment in certain areas of the room. Renovation on a budget. Disappointed because last year was such a great experience. Save the time and money and look elsewhere.

Great location to beach. Resort has 3 pools, including an adult pool and 2 bars! Room was very spacious with mini dining table including dishes and silverware. Every floor had free laundry, best amenity for family beach resort so we didn't have to rewaer wet bathing suits. Staff was outstanding. Only 1 elevator was working. There were 2 fire pits and plentiful rocking chairs. Smore kit was pricey at $20 for the box...but if you plan well Krogers is down the street and you can buy everything for quarter of the price. Overall, very family friendly resort.
