Upon entering the home, you'll find a cozy den to your left featuring a TV, wet bar, and queen sleeper sofa—perfect for additional guests or a quiet reading nook. (Please note: the fireplace is decorative only and not for guest use.) Continue down the hall to a convenient powder room with full-size washer and dryer.

The open-concept main living area invites you to unwind, with a second sitting room, flat-screen TV, and an adjacent dining space that comfortably seats six. The fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep easy, whether you're cooking up a quick breakfast or a family dinner. Step outside onto the shaded patio and enjoy peaceful lagoon views.

Upstairs, the home comfortably sleeps 8 guests across three bedrooms. The primary suite features a king bed, flat-screen TV, and en-suite bathroom with dual vanities. The second bedroom includes two twin beds and a flat-screen TV, with a full bathroom just outside in the hallway. The third bedroom offers a queen bed and private bath, providing everyone with their own space to unwind.

Beachwalk Hilton Head is the closest villa complex to the beach in Shipyard and has an on-site community pool (open seasonally). In addition, the golf and racquet clubs, and the Sonesta Resort are close by. This complex is not equipped with elevators, use of stairs would be required. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.

Shipyard is tucked away in the historic Oaks on the south shore of Hilton Head Island with 12 miles of white sandy beach, bike paths, lagoons, championship golf at the Shipyard Golf Club, tennis courts at the Van der Meer Racquet Club and an abundance of natural beauty. Shipyard Plantation boasts the charm of the South Carolina Lowcountry, a laid-back coastal atmosphere and easy access to Hilton Head’s shopping, restaurants and top activities.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
