You'll be glad you chose this two bedroom oceanfront Hampton Place condominium. The kitchen is nicely updated with custom cabinetry, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Kitchens come fully-equipped, making cooking for the family an easy task. The dining area comfortably seats four.

The Primary bedroom features a king bed and an en-suite Primary bathroom. The Primary bath has a custom-tiled walk-in shower and a separate soaking tub. The guest bedroom is located on the other side of the condominium and features a queen and twin bed and its own en-suite guest bathroom. The guest bathroom was recently renovated and features a luxurious walk in shower. Out on your balcony, which stretches the length of the condominium, you'll enjoy sweeping Atlantic Ocean views!

Hampton Place is conveniently located near the center of Palmetto Dunes on the beach, making it easy and quick to access all the amenities Palmetto Dunes has on offer.

**Please note that the entire complex (North and South Buildings) will be undergoing a large-scale construction project from approximately 10/15/2025-4/30/2026, depending on and unforeseen circumstances that may arise. This will include painting of hallways, corridors, and optional replacement of oceanside windows and doors. There will be machinery and workers on site which can cause periods of brief noise. Updated condo with ocean view

Very nice and updated condo, clean, has an ocean and beach view, easy access to the ground floor. Updated furnishings and well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and sofas.
