This is my second stay at Sheraton Hiroshima, and it continues to deliver the dependable comfort of a true 5-star hotel. The room was spacious and well-appointed, perfect for unwinding after a long day. The breakfast buffet deserves special mention—fantastic variety, great quality, and something for every craving. This is a well appointed hotel with an excellent location for the Shinkansen and local transportation. Our room was clean and spacious. Dining options in the hotel and vicinity are good. I would happily stay here again.

I needed a break and decided to treat myself. This hotel is a go-to place and my stay was perfect. The hotel was hosting a trick-or-treat Halloween event collaboratively with Hiroshima TV station and I saw happy kids with parents. Perfect hotel in such a friendly atmosphere.

We booked this about six hours prior to arrival. The amenities in the room were incredible. They put an extra bed in a room for a third person without us even having to ask the property is new, clean and magnificent. Highly recommended.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a getaway trip with my sister, and it was an exceptional experience. ​ The hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay special with personalized touches. ​ From the warm welcome greetings at check-in to the freshly-squeezed orange juice served by the Assistant Manager, Mr. Yamada of BRIDGES, during breakfast, every detail was thoughtfully handled. ​ We stayed on the Club Floor, which included access to the Club Lounge, adding an extra layer of comfort to our visit. ​ The attentiveness of the staff was truly impressive—they genuinely care about making every guest's stay memorable and pay close attention to customer preferences, especially for special occasions. ​ I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and dedication to creating a remarkable experience for its guests.
