Horrible experience. The staff is very unprofessional and dishonest. I had an emergency with change in my plans and messaged Expedia way before the check-in date to cancel my reservation which Expedia agreed on if the hotel could agree. I messaged the hotel that replied (delayed BTW) but instead of agreeing or not, just kept saying that Expedia should be the one to agree on cancelling (which they had already done!) Then, when I explained to the hotel that Expedia already agreed, they ignored me and never replied! In the end the hotel was just trying to buy some time so check-in time would commence and I would not be able to cancel anymore and would lose my money. Very dishonest! Stay away!

The staff was helpful and courteous. The room was clean but the towels could have been better quality. Even though the towels were cleaned, they looked worn out. Overall, the hotel is in a great location and within walking distance to local eateries, shops and tourist attractions.

the staff were very good and friendly, all those receptionists who worked at counter (front desk) day and night. securities, and peoples who worked at breakfast bar nice and friendly. But only thing made me mad cause I got Lancome foundation and lipstick it's inside my suitcase on top of that I had one set of my clothes, but I don't know who was open my suitcase and took it, also took my adapter to change shape of my iron hair style. I really mad cause open my personal stuff and steal those; the foundation I bought it plan to give to my high school teacher so that while I disappoint when it loose. Frist, I thought maybe girls who clean up my room on Jan 21-23, but when I couldn't find the adapter then I think only the men who can have Knowles about electrical. I's very sad about situation one person can affect all hotel and another good employee like that.

I originally booked a room with 2 max occupancy and had a traveling companion stay with me for initial week I was staying. When my companion left (which reduces the occupancy by 1), I invited a friend over past 9pm the same day and was forced to pay for another room for 1 night just to have them visit. I have stayed at other hotels like The Reverie and was never treated like a money machine over at those other hotels. It is a ridiculous policy to force you to pay more money just to have people visit you late, so if you are looking for guest friendly hotels this is NOT it. Go with other hotels in the area where they actually care about accommodation rather than profit like Nikko Saigon or Reverie.
