Great place to stay! It was nice to have such a spacious space during our trip and the washer and dryer was very useful. Staff at check in (Kevin) was very kind. The communication from the hotel before check in was great, helpful. Location is good, a bit of a walk from the main tourist attractions but really not bad at all.

Clean and spacious family apartment with a washing machine and a dryer which was very handy for family trip and keeping bathers readyvfor the next day. They have a shuttle to district 1 main tourist attraction points, that was very helpful. Walkable distance to War Museum and the Turtle Garden and amazing local restaurants in distrixt 3. Perfect accommodation for families!

We had a great stay at Sherwood Residence. The 3BR is worth every penny with it's cleanliness, space, and an amazingly yummy buffet breakfast spread. I usually skip breakfast, but the variety of food available just gave me a good reason to stay here for an hour or so to chill and chat while sampling all the food.

We stayed for 8 nights.Over all we enjoyed the hotel.the price was affordable and roome was quite big for 5 people.Not all the staff can speak English.But they were all friendly.What I can tell you is this is nice hotel.

Disappointed this place, the front desk check-in is not friendly . Even you are a resident at the place still has to pay a motorcycle when you park there. Ơn their website post 2 bedrooms can sleep up to 3 people, so I book 2 bedroom, when I get there the hotel makes me have to book 3 bedroom. It’s not make sense to me at all, since my sister and her husband can stay in one bedroom, and myself can stay in one bedroom. They make 3 people have to book 3 bedroom I feel like the hotel is hungry for money, they try take customers money as much as they can.

Staff were very nice and kind. There are plenty of space for two adults and two children( 13 years old and 11years old). Our flight was delayed and arrived at the property very late but staff was welcomed us very nicely and we could rest very well.

Sherwood was a great hotel. We stayed in the 3 bedroom suite and it was perfect. Washer AND dryer in suite. Lots of space and great toiletries. The staff at the reception work throughout the night for anyone checking in or out late and early. We had a 5am flight home so needed to check out at 2am, staff were there, friendly and quick to help us. Was the perfect spot to end our trip, close enough to the hustle and bustle but far enough that it wasnt too crazy around the hotel. We were also about 10 minutes from the airport when there was no traffic.

The location was excellent, within walking distance of major attractions and the complimentary shuttle was a great bonus. The pool was nice, though it only had ladders, which might be a challenge for some guests. Breakfast was small but well-stocked and delicious. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay again!

Within walking distance of the main atractions or use the free shuttle bus, the hotel is exactly as described. Our 2 bedroom executive was upgraded to a three bedroom executive and felt like we were were living in a large apartment. The room was cleaned every day and we were given free water to take. Will definitely recommend.
