We had the most amazing time in Oahu. This hotel is right by the beach and it's easy to go where you want to go - either in Waikiki or to explore. My husband and I adventures around the entire island, and were grateful every day to return back to the hotel and rest before dinner. Yes, the hotel could use some updating and the parking garage is gnarly (my husband loved it!) but, the staff were amazing. I can't thank them enough for their genuine warmth, and always taking a moment to help. We never felt rushed or that we were an inconvenience. This trip was magical and the staff at this facility were part of our amazing Oahu experience.

We really liked the property and enjoyed our stay. Everyone was very friendly and staff was nice. The only thing that we did not like was the bathroom was very small and outdated. The bathtub in our room was broken.

My room was ocean front and it was nothing but beautiful. Uber from airport to the hotel was 77$ so plan accordingly. The beach is right across from the hotel, you can rent umbrella and chairs, 4 hours costed 60$. Or you can bring your own. Upon checking out, there will be resort charges, mine was 200$ in addition to whatever your stay costed. Open buffet costed 82$ per person for dinner wasn’t worth it. Poor variety of foods and drinks are not included. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and will be back.

our room was so clean and spacious, had the best ocean view + 3min walk to the beach!! The breakfast buffet was so good and delicious! love the variety and options! Most importantly, the service, their staff and crew are the nicest especially the breakfast buffet people!! Loved every bit of our stay.

We loved this hotel! We had stayed at their sister hotel Hyatt Place for 5 nights prior and wished we had just booked the entire stay at Hyatt Regency. The toilet bidet was a big hit and the view was incredible. They switched us to a full ocean view at our request and it was so worth the extra money. Everyone was kind to us and we really enjoyed our stay.
