Very clean room, great staff beautiful ocean view great air conditioning , but during our stay my wife and kids experienced a scare. There was a door opening pick inside our room so it was alarming thinking maybe someone tried on opening our room door while we were out but staff helped calm us down besides that it was a great experience.

No room service, no doctor on site. Room was spotless and well care for just service were very limited even though you are being charged for each day for extra hotel services

With four elevators it took a while to get on one. Also they placed us in a room facing construction which we were not aware of previously so there was a lot of noise early in the morning and afternoon.
