Room was great! Staff were very welcoming and kind. Cleaning ladies were very nice. I really enjoyed my stay here and will definitely be coming back. Great location, close to downtown and the beach. Very nice to stay. Felt at home here.

We rented 2 rooms for 10 days. Beds and pillows were the most uncomfortable. One of the matrasses had deep dip and impossible to sleep. Lobby and pool area are very clean, but hallways and rooms are never vacumed. Staff is very friendly and location is great.

The room was in good condition, it was in a nice location. There is no breakfast, which sucks to spend 100 every day on breakfast. The pool towels are ridiculous. You have to have a towel card to get a towel. Housekeepers came every other day. We had quite a bit of trash by then. They didn’t even sweep the floor when they came in. Waikīkī area is very expensive, could have been better if the hotel catered to the guests a little better. For 6000, for one week.

The first day of our 6 day stay was miserable. The room we were given did not have a sofa bed; we discovered it too late in the evening to change rooms, and the check-in clerk implied that our reservation did not come with a sofa bed. The room also had an AC that did not work well, the refrigerator was humming loudly, the room had a faint musty smell, and we could hear other guests as it was on the amenities floor. The next day, after showing that our reservation did specify a sofa bed, a much more helpful reception clerk was able to switch our room to another floor which had a sofa bed and properly working appliances, and it was the type of room that I had expected when I booked the hotel. If our room was not switched, our Hawaii vacation would have been a disaster. I rate the room on our first night one star, and the room for the other five nights five stars.

Last minute booking, great stay! Within waking distance of so many things: the beach, shopping, and great restaurants. Friendly staff. Great pool. Fun afternoon snacks/drinks.

We booked two rooms with two queen beds to accommodate our group at least 2+ months in advance. I made a request that if possible we would like the rooms adjoining or nearby. When we arrived our rooms were nearby but one had a king. I asked for the room type we requested and they said nothing was left during our stay and we got this room because we requested rooms together. The pull out couch and rollaway offered were a joke. You literally could feel the springs on the mattress and they squeaked. They were only willing to waive the resort fee. For as much money as we spent on this trip it would have been nice to get what we paid for. Expedia will also not provide a refund, only one key credit. There is only valet parking (40 per night) and the rooms are small and outdated. The staff at the front desk was very kind but beyond that this was a big disappointment

Did not love this hotel. Staff were rude, extra $88 a night undisclosed for parking and resort fee, always trying to sell you something on the way out the door, lobby bathrooms out of order, pool closes at 9 and at 9:59 for checkout we opened the door and the cart was there coming in. Just always felt stressed!!!! It’s a no fir me.

The place is excellent for attending a conference in the area (if you are looking for a beach hotel, there are plenty of them that closer to the beaches). We had an ocean view full-kitchen room on 12th floor had a really nice view of the park and ocean. We usually cook our food during travels, and kitchen was sufficiently quipped for that. The air conditioning was a bit loud but in December it is better to sleep with windows open in any case.
