Rooms were clean, very convenient! Staff was amazing. Love the free beach rentals and sunscreen and after suncare lotion. Coffee maker for the public coffee station could be a little faster. But overall, this is a great stay!

I’ll start with the good stuff. The staff was very polite and helpful, and they gave us a complimentary 1 hour late check out. But what really spoiled our experience is the cleanliness of our room. As soon as we walked in I noticed there was a pacifier in one of the open cabinets. I thought ok, things happen , they accidentally missed it. Later that day when I was taking a shower I found a pair of dried out contact lenses in the bathroom counter, that really made me uncomfortable and made me question everything in the room! I was too tired to mention anything that night. I came to the front desk next morning and told them about this and they said our room was scheduled for cleaning again today and they’ll make sure everything is good. We came back 5 hours later and the room was not cleaned at all.

The room was clean, and the beds are comfy. Bathroom was clean and well kept. The lighting could of been a little brighter. The staff was definitely super courteous and helpful. Kai took extra time to help me choose the right room once I arrived. The view from our room was spectacular. I highly recommend this place.

The pool is closed for renovations and if you’re put in a room on the park side it’s next to a building site. Staff did their best to find us another room. Views are great and it’s literally across the road from the beach.
