"Vietimme lomamme hotellissa uuden vuoden tienoilla. Hotelli itsessään oli siisti ja aamupala ok. Hiukan ehkä painottui enemmän aasialaiseen aamupalaan ja europpalaiseen makuun vaihtoehtoja oli vähemmän.
Hotellissa oli hyvä ja ystävällinen palvelu. Itse hotelli kaipaa kipeästi erityisesti huoneiden osalta remonttia, koska erityisesti kylpyhuoneissa näkyy kulahteneisuus. Lisäksi hotellin ilmanvaihdossa on varmaan vähintään puhdistuksen paikka, koska huoneilma oli tunkkainen / homeen hajuinen. Henkilökunta yritti tehdä parhaansa asialle, kun tästä kerroimme. Huoneeseen tuotu ilmaa raikastava laite paransi ilmanlaatua. Lisäksi meille tarjottiin myös huoneen vaihtoa. Kiitos tästä!
Myös hotellin hissit kaipaavat modernisointia, koska niiden ovet eivät vastaa ainakaan eurooppalaisia standardeja. Ovet eivät näet tunnista normaalisti välissään olevia ihmisiä, varsinkaan lapsia, ja menevät suht nopeasti kiinni. Lapsien kanssa tämä aiheutti oman haasteensa ja potentiaalisia vaaratilanteita.
Kokonaisuutena reissumme hotellissa meni hyvin. Kun nuo em. puutteet korjattaisiin, tulisimme mielellämme uudelleenkin hotelliin.
Allas-alue mm. oli kiva ja aurinkoinen. Vuokra-autolle oli myös hyvin turvallisia parkkipaikkoja hotellilla ilman lisämaksua. Henkilökunnalla myös kiitos hyvästä palvelusta ja yrityksestä ratkaista kohtaamiamme puutteita majoituspaikan kunnossa! "
