Room was clean and staff were great, but black out blind in room was broken so hard to sleep with bright lights right outside window. Also shower water never got hot!

Our Room door was left open by house keeping. Mind you they didn’t even clean the room. When I talked to management they said oh they must have been distracted and didn’t end up cleaning your room. That was not my complaint my complaint was leaving my hotel room door open all afternoon until we returned to find it open.
