Hotel has a lot of personality. It has one of the most beautiful lobbies I’ve ever seen! Friendly staff and excellent location. 12min walk from discovery green. This will be our signature hotel for stays in Houston from now on.

The security alarm went off at 12 AM. Ends up being a false alarm. Super scary situation. I also left an item behind and called the hotel so that could return to pick it up. I fill out the missing item inquiry and the hotel house keeping “didn’t find it”. What should I expect it’s Houston. Literally the ghetto.

Front desk staff was amazing however the people at the bar was under staffed and over stimulated so the white/mexican women in particular came off rude! Also the kitchen never answered my room service order which was a blow.

Great location, walking distance from Daiken Field/Astros games. Walking distance for nightlife as well. Hotel has great breakfast buffet, definitely worth adding it to your stay. Hotel room is a little on the older side but still classy and comfortable. Pool is very small but has a great roof top view. Definitely will stay again.
