Due to Interstate Road construction the staff took extreme efforts to make guests comfortable. My room was sparkling and in perfect order upon arrival. The front desk was gracious and welcoming. Staff was friendly and accommodating.I will stay her again.

The room is crawling with small roaches. I checked in very late and was unable to find another room so I could leave. Restless night. The toilet would not flush. And I’m having to step on small roaches and smush them on the walls. Trying to keep my things together and closed so nothing crawls in and go home with me. I now realize it’s an extended stay motel but it shouldn’t have so many bugs. Room also smells like cigarettes so I’ve had a headache all night. Your staff was wonderful. It was a great check in experience. And that’s also what deterred me from asking for a refund and leaving. If it wasn’t for your front desk employee. She’s great at customer service. She’s a keeper but please let go of your infestation. I come to Huntsville for my daughter who is attending college, I will not be staying here again.

The BED is AWFUK

The bed is very uncomfortable!!! Loved the little kitchen, plenty of room. Just the bed killed my back, to the point of no sleep as well as my companions. So will not stay again. Hate that because that is halfway to meet my companion, but will not stay there due to the horrible bed. Loved the front desk woman, Vicky, she was so nice and helpful. The place is pet friendly, everything great about the little place but the BED.

Friendly and accommodating staff. Very clean. Lots of construction in the area and not a lot of walkable options but if you have a vehicle or are visiting someone local, it’s a great site and easily accessible location. Will stay again!

I found it very special, a spacious room with a kitchenette! A quiet place, a welcoming staff, safety and cleanliness will definitely bring me back. I highly recommend you to try by yourself.

Huntsville Studio 6

Very friendly receptionist. The hotel is very run down. The room had a bathroom needing a new shower head and broken toilet lid that would slide off the edge. Kitchen area was dusty and had crumbs from previous guests. Room had string cigareyte scent even though stated smoke free. Floors were not clean.
