the air conditioning didn't work everywhere, except in the room. the breakfast and coffee was terrible still. it was run down and going downhill.

Needs some tlc

Checked in, asked for a late check out was granted an hour. I was surprised when housekeeping knocked at my door with a dnd sign and it wasn’t check out time. I still had an hour. I really don’t appreciate companies charging this much for services and they lack communication or ability to do their job efficiently. The 1st I noticed with my room as soon as I opened the door was an unpleasant odor. Plain & simply it smelled. The next thing I noticed is how outdated this property is compared to the other property I stayed at last week that is only a couple miles away. The refrigerator worked so so, had no freezer compartment, the bed wasn’t as comfortable, the tv was noticeably smaller, even down to the bathroom towels weren’t as nice. Bottom line this property needs a lot of tlc. The only thing about this property that made this 1 better was a bench outside to enjoy the beautiful weather that the other property didn’t have. Otherwise I would much rather book another night somewhere else.
