Excellent as always!

Stayed at this location multiple times over the years and it is very consistent. Team is always pleasant and helpful. Breakfast has good assortment of hot and cold options. Lobby and rooms feel clean. Only issue for this stay was a mattress that may need updating (little sag to the middle) and some staining in the tub.

Outside looked like hotel from horror film, burnt out signage. Room smelled like a HS locker room, entire room was damp/wet (beds, linens, carpet). Filthy bathrooms, dirty bathtub. Will not stay at another SpringHill Suites again.

Smelly feet.

My room smelled so bad this time that I actually sat out in my truck most of the night in my robe and they didn't even have my room available which I reserved over two months ago so me and my daughter ended up having to go into a room with a king bed that smelled like somebody stinky armpits and dirty feet.. but other than that I never have a bad issue when I'm here.. My only recommendation is that when you have couches in the room once in awhile you carpet clean those couches because my couch had my room stolen like somebody's sweaty stinky dirty feet and armpits it's a good thing that I brought my own air freshener.

Jordan and Bianca were great as they tried to accommodate our stay. The first room had a bad pee order. The second room smell was not as bad, but definitely was not fresh. We came back after a full day of basketball to water everywhere in our bathroom with no explained reason, the toilet ran and ran, it was a rough stay.

We stayed in this hotel several years ago, but it has not been kept up that well. Common areas’ cleanliness was average and our bathtub was yellowing and had residue build up or rust around the drain. Sink area was very small and had no shelving to hold toiletries. We were there for just one night, so that was fine, but I wouldn’t want to stay for multiple nights.

The room was neat and clean. The rest of the place was pretty run down and in desperate need of updating and repairs (carpet in hallways, furniture, elevators, etc.) it is not a very inviting environment when you first come in.
