Stayed 1 night, we had an upgraded room with the view of Blue Mosque. Fantastic view at night time and early morning. Lots of choices for breakfast, the manager was a very accommodating, nice and friendly guy. Would highly recommend this hotel for the first time visitors like us. Well I would like to find some fault, as I am sure that some days things are far from perfect. But from my experience the hotel and in particular the staff are fantastic adverts for why everyone should visit Istanbul. The staff are friendly and helpful at all times, they are all polite, the meals are varied and will cater for most tastes, the rooms are clean, tidy and comfortable, the hotel is situated centrally with a tram stop outside the hotel, where you can head off and explore the city. But most of all the staff will help you make the most of your time.

The staff are very friendly, we received fresh towels everyday and our room was very clean. We received bottled water everyday complimentary and that was very helpful in-terms of going to buy each time which can be a hassle.very happy and will come again.
