Listing of the location was misleading. They listed the location New Orleans/Metarie. It’s actually in city of Harahan. Also, they were out of toothbrush and toothpaste. The complimentary breakfast is barely edible. I was shocked by the condition of the hotel. Every TownePlace brand hotel was clean and well kept. This one was on the other end of the spectrum.

I didn’t like the fact that someone went to get their breakfast and get a plate for his wife to take up to the room and the ladies staff on 11/27/25 in loud voice told him, he could not take anything upstairs and if she wanted something, she needed to come down for herself and just continue to talk loud we could all hear it. It was embarrassing. She also asked customers when the walked if they wanted bacon ? She said she had to ask because people were just coming in and eating everything. Everybody looked embarrassed.Very unprofessiona ! She acted more like a guard! The coffee warmers needs to be replaced the coffee was warm. The warming dishes don’t work. The food was lukewarm they looked worn out . The front desk needed to be swept. The floors weren’t properly washed. It just looked nasty in there. On 11/28/25 coffee was cold coffee cups, and juice cups were not put out. There was no juice machine working or they didn’t start. It and the lady working the room that day said that the food truck. never came .She appeared to be working the breakfast room and the front desk and looked very stressed out and embarrassed, and I don’t blame her. We will not return.

Staff was good, night front desk clerk was great, breakfast is really good. pool was being cleaned couldn’t swim, requested cleaning no one ever cleaned our room. we did get clean towels. over all the hotel is nice and clean would stay again

Overall, had a great experience at Towneplace Suites by Marriott! Studio room was well appointed, clean, relaxing, and secure. Great location with plenty of easy parking in the lot. Staff were excellent and very helpful, making for an exceptional stay. Situated behind a nice shopping area with a Starbucks, AMC movie theater, Old Navy, Banana Republic outlet, DSW, and other retail. Also plenty of close by options to grab a meal and drinks. Have stayed here before and plan to return.

I loved the suite atmosphere with the stove kitchen sink and refrigerator. The room was great. Bring pet friendly was a major plus for me. The staff was great too. I will definitely recommend it in the future.

Description was misleading. Said sleeper sofa but wasn't. Just musty and uncomfortable. I wasn't going to ley my aunt sleep on that bench they were calling a sleeper sofa. I just returned my room keys and booked another place down the road. Lost my money due to expedia misleading Description.

The rooms are a little dated but they were clean and in good order. We had a 2 bedroom with a couch & 3 TV's. Perfect for 3 - 70 year old friends travelling by motorcycle.
