My biggest complaint was how you could hear every single word the neighbors said. I don’t mind hearing some sound come from next door, but stay would have been much more enjoyable if we had felt like we could talk without being overheard. Would highly recommend the property finds a way to add in soundproof to the cabins

Excellent for the price range and location. If you are renting a room, prepare ear plugs, the rooms are literally separated with a thin wall without any sound isolation - we woke up our neighbors when we arrived in the evening, and the other neighbors woke us up us past midnight when they got back.

This was honestly one of my worst hotel experiences ever. First, we were placed in the wrong room. I payed in advance for a suite with a Mountain View. We were placed in a small hotel room overlooking the horse stalls. I was told there were no other rooms available and I would NOT receive a refund but I could be moved to a suite the next day. We slept terrible. We could hear our neighbors whispers, snores, and activities. It was also dirty. The linens were clean, at least, though. The next day we were given a suite, but it hadn’t been cleaned. There were still dirty linens on the floor. So we were moved AGAIN, however still not to what I reserved. The bathroom still looked like it needed cleaned, fixtures were taped to the wall, and the pull out couch mattress looked like it had been soiled. The walls also had gaps so you could hear EVERYTHING. I actually answered someone next door thinking they were speaking to me. To top off the experience, they double booked our final room so another couple walked in on us that evening. After the privacy violation we were, at least, comped breakfast. Overall the location was beautiful and convenient to the national park, but everything else was terrible. I almost never leave bad reviews, but this place needs a LOT of help before people should be staying there.

Heart 6 Ranch had a saving grace in sweet Michaela who is there for the summer. Most service requests were met with a 'can't be bothered" attitude despite there being quite a bit of staff milling about. Our stay in the lodge was 80% nice, 20% unnecessarily rough. The views would have been beautiful had it not been for the broken, filthy windows, the torn screens (we had to plug because the bees were coming in), the dead bugs all over the window sill and floor, and the fact that they only have one lamp in the room (please put a lamp on each bedside table). The restuarant was cluttered, hard to know how/where to order, the prices are atrocious ($20 for a breakfast burrito that has more potato than anything and lacks flavor), and they stick you with an automatic 20% gratuity. Seriously? You order at the bar and a plate is plopped in front of you 20 minutes later. The prices are already insane, so that aptu gratuity feels like wallet rape. Dont get me started on the $12 for 2 cups of weak Folgers coffee, served with a growl, if you're lucky. Truth be told, I was looking forward to a rustic ranch experience, but this place was rustic in ways it didnt need to be. Without the views over the valley and of the Tetons, this place doesnt really offer anything to make a person reccommend it.

Not sure what all the negative reviews are about. This is a rustic ranch experience. From tee pees and stage coaches to a bunk house, individual rooms and cabins for families they offer just about any experience you are looking for. The staff was so welcoming and responsive. The on site food offerings were satisfying and delicious and priced pretty close to the peak pricing. I will stay here again when visiting the Tetons or Yellowstone. If you are looking for spa treatments, this isn’t your place.

Staffs were hospitable. Checking in late could be a problem. No microwave or fridge in the room to heat/ store your food. Quiet place, good location and price considering it’s closer to Jackson. Smell of horses. My room key fell into the door crevice took long time to retrieve it back. Have dinner in Jackson before going here. Their stuff’s are as pricey as in the airport, one water and a soda bottle for $8.

The place was dirty, noisy and the owner and staff were rude and unprofessional. There answer to everything was to go several miles up the hwy to get what you need. We got there about an hour before check in and the owner wanted 100 dollars for early check in even though the room was already ready to occupy. There was only a space heater in the room and when it was plugged in it blew the breaker causing loss of power and the owner wanted to blame my wife because he had to get out to reset the breaker. Also there was tape over several outlets in the room which appeared to be a fire hazard. Other guests we talked to had similar experiences during their time there.

This ranch was beautifully located!The view from our room of a morning looked like a painting.We were in the Otter bunkhouse.Basic room and bathroom but we were out hiking and sightseeing.Room was very clean and bed comfortable.Very little space for extra items.Nice porch with picnic table.Had horses,goats and elk.

I booked this property for its remoteness and on-site cafe. I checked the menu before arriving because I knew we would need to eat their food for all meals for three days. When we arrived, after receiving a call from front desk that our room was available, we learned the cafe was closed for the season. There was no food available and the room was not equipped to keep anything cold or warm anything up. There was no indication on Travelocity or the ranch website that no food was available. The nearest food was 40 miles away. We left a day early. Side note, we could also hear through the walls. Both neighbors had loud loving the two days we were there-super cool experience with my 14 year old son.

Nice little cabins close to National Park

The place is conveniently located near Grand Teton National Park, which is really nice. Cabins could use a bit more remodeling and cleaning. Other than that, I recommend this place as a get away vacation.

The room was unclean. Lots of Dead flies on windowsills and hair in the drain of the shower/tub. This is a ranch so understand the flies but they could have checked the room before we arrived and taken down the fly strips! It seemed like a room that hadn’t been used in awhile. Good location to Tetons. People working there friendly. Had a decent meal at the restaurant (late fall so only place available nearby).

Just an Off Stay

We had one night here to visit the GTNP. This was just an off visit. I don't think I would return. The only reason we stayed was location. More details: It was hard to find the office to check in. Once we did, it seemed we were interrupting the guy to check us in. It was awkward and I don't think he wanted to be there. I asked about a few things and he didn't want to share additional information about the place. Example, there was a sign taped to the desk about the chili. When I asked how it was, it was like I asked his social security number. He didn't understand why I would ask him. IT was weird. There is a ton of papers you need to sign so you know not to steal anything and the additional fees. The room wasn't fully clean. The parking is tight and stairs to the room we were in. Glad we didn't have a lot of bags or a wheel chair. There are limited plugs in the room near the bed. Not trying to bash, but customer service was not really a thing here.
