Everything needs improving. How this place has an 8/10 rating I have no idea. Worst place we’ve stayed in on our road trip across USA. Nasty and dirty. Do NOT recommend at all.
Holes in towels and “white” towels were brownish and stained
Cracked basin with some type of filler
Floor drain and chewing gum? Filthy floor. White tiles needing a scrbubbing

There isn't an elevator. The room was not clean the towels were stained the bed was hard the pillows were flat. Overall not a good experience at all we will not be back.

Liked the price. Liked space of room. Liked having a refrigerator and microwave in room. Staff was friendly. Did not like breakfast (limited in quality and options); also only 6am-8:30am. Key cards to room stopped working and had to get them re-keyed. Direct TV in room TV did not work, even when not raining. Room was clean enough, but not great. Shower/bath stopper did not work, preventing giving a bath to child.

The bed was comfy but the room was partially outdated or looked like it had been through it. The chair that was in the corner was looking suspicious. Staff was not super nice but they did help when the keys were not working. Overall, this place needs a little help but seems to be worth the price.
