Check in great! Accommodating in my request of a room withoutprior pet in it. why don’t hotels ensure that they have rooms for guests that has not had a pet in it… for multiple reasons. all staff were great. comfortable bed ,like the walk-in shower. like the new hotel and cleanliness but the room AC/heat unit clicking on and off kept me awake at night.

Everything was great except, the elevator took far too long to come when summoned. It was very slow. Also, parking is shared with a retail village with restaurants so you may have to park a block away.

We got a junior suite and the TV kept saying channel off air. We asked the front night shift about it and he did not have someone go up to our room to check it. The reason I got a junior suite was. C we had a kid with us. I spent 400.00 on a room to where one tv wasnt working and ice machiens were broke or empty and couldnt keep our drinks or food old on top of that
