Ótimo café da manhã muita variedade e sempre repondo. Equipe ótima. Quarto limpo novinho ótimo ambiente para uma noite de sono depois de um dia de passeio. Negativo é o chuveiro ducha (espalhador) pequeno um maior ficaria ótimo. Se estiver com a pele sensível de sol a água parece agulha. Piscina ótima negativo que fica até às 18h. Uma noite quente não pode ficar até mais tarde pq lá funciona um lounge. RECOMENDO esse hotel ótima localização perto de tudo. Farmácia, Padaria, Restaurantes e muito mais.

O quarto em questão tinha um vazamento no banheiro e toda vez que tomava banho o chão alagava. Informamos os funcionários e nada foi feito. O ápice da insatisfação foi a energia do quarto que era ativada pelo cartão de acesso, porém, o sensor não funcionava corretamente e não ligava a energia do quarto e demorava para ativar o ar condicionado. Chegou um dia que não funcionou nada no quarto e nos trocaram de quarto depois de muita reclamação.

A equipe de funcionários foram excelentes. O quarto achei bom, mas o banheiro estava com um cheiro ruim durante toda a estadia. Não sei se não foi bem limpo ou era problema do encanamento. O corredor do meu andar não está tão limpo. O café da manhã estava excelente e tinha muita variedade. Solicitei um berço no quadro e colocaram. No geral foi bom pelo o valor.

Hotel bom, organizado. Mas a experiência da enchente foi terrível. A rua na frente alaga com facilidade pela chuva e a garagem é no subsolo, fazendo com que fique inundada. Saí correndo às 7:30h da manhã para tirar o carro com água na altura da porta, e não recebi aviso no quarto dessa inundação. Perdi o café da manhã, perdi meu domingo e por questão de minutos quase perco o carro.

Cuidado ao utilizar o estacionamento, choveu muito no fds daí a garagem que é subterrânea inundou, quem teve tempo de tirar o carro antes, escapou, outros não tiveram a sorte perderam veículos. Devido a esses alagamento na garagem o elevadou desliga por segurança, e foram dois dias subindo 3 andares e escadas inclusive com bagagem. O Hotel tinha de tudo para ser excelente, devido a esse fato se tornou uma tormenta.
