The reception staff were very friendly and helpful if I needed anything. The breakfast staff in the breakfast bar are the best, they were always around assisting if I needed anything. I spent one night out of the 4 I initially booked. The safes were not bolted / secured to the wall. Easily carried safe out of the room. It was then glued to the wall. The silicone left a bad smell. Changed to another room. This was an adjoining room with no lock, the other guest was noisy all night. The shower was filthy, the drain was blocked. I had paid upfront for 4 nights but only stayed one. I’m still waiting to be reimbursed for the 3 nights.
