The place looks Nice,the rooms also until you see the cockroaches....and you have to clean the floors yourself, they are filthy!!!!! ..... Odors from the toilet, and too much dog poop everywhere..no cleans that!!!!!

This hotel is directly located in line of planes landing at MIA airport. Everytime a plane passed over it was super loud and i could not get any sleep. Even at 3am - 5am it wasnone plane after another. Maybe we are a milenor two from runway so the planes are super close when they pass. The room was clean. It had a good size fridge and microwave with cabinets. Had a stove too. The room had a slight odor when i got there but it went away after a few hours with a/c on. Located in a good area but i just could not sleep with all the noise of the planes passing overhead. If you stay here bring ear plugs.

The pool is closed for 6 months! As the front desk agent so rudely explained to me after he said i was "over reacting" about the situation. I live 15 minutes away from this hotel. Only reason I checked in was to take my kids swimming on a stay-cation for a couple days before school starts. The rude man at the front desk eventually agreed to cancel my booking and refund all our money since we weren't there for more than 5 minutes. But of course, to this day, I was charged in full and not refunded. We didn't even stay there!!!! Terrible, Terrible, Terrible hotel!!!

Dirty and Ill-Equiped Room

The room was not clean and ill-equiped. No dishes, pans, utensils, kitchen supplies, bathtub stopper or blow dryer. The floors were dirty and there was a cigarette butt by the nightstand lamp. I even had to kill several insects.The breakfast is extremely limited and offered only highly processed packaged snacks. It was very disappointing for an Extended Stay brand.

Great option to stay for a night in a budget, no elevators to the second floor. The front desk attendant works at the laundry at night, so check in time was slow.
