Giving 2 stars solely because of the awesome staff who hooked us up with a parking spot right by the entrance so we didn’t have to pay $25 to park down the block. Unfortunately, the room itself was pretty disappointing. There was a hair stuck in the washcloth, the toilet paper holder was broken, no cups in the room and only ONE hanger in the closet. For what we paid, I expected at least the basics to be in order. Nice people working here, but the place definitely needs some attention and better upkeep.

These are my complaints about the room: 1) Within 5 minutes of being in the room we had to call the front desk because TV wasn't working. 2) No toilet paper holder so we had to sit the toilet paper on top of the counter. 3) On second day housekeeping did not clean the room and also left the door ajar.
