The room was clean and seemed newly remodeled. The staff that we encountered were all friendly. However, the hotel was under construction, so the pool was closed and the eliptical was not working. The breakfast was not up to par - juice machine not working, no pancake maker. And when I had tried to reach the hotel directly with a question, there was no answer, although I tried multiple times over a 7 hour period. Called corporate and they were also unable to reach the hotel.

I enjoyed my stay. I was just disappointed because the pool was closed and that wasn’t listed on the site and was my main reason for picking this hotel but other than that . It was clean, staff was friendly, loved the fact that it had turkey bacon as a breakfast option because I don’t eat pork and most hotels I have stayed at only have pork as a break meat option, I also like that the soaps and lotions in room were dove products. As stated only disappointment me and my family had was pool was closed

The rooms were clean, I did have a little issue with my room not being available but they helped me upgrade to a suite with the same rates. I was astonished by how kind everyone was. Love this Hotel and will definitely come back when I go back to the area.

The tv was near impossible to use even with new remote batteries. No fan in the bathroom, lack of parking, place seemed a bit dirty and not well presented. Guy working front desk was sleeping as people were walking right past him. Did not seem like the place cared too much about its appearance or presentation.

I was in the area for my nieces sweet 16 and chose this property over the other local one because it seemed up dated and cleaner in the photos. I was extremely disappointed in our stay. The entire lobby was under construstion and there was no notification of this during booking. There was no where to get a drink. They had water behind the desk on top of a mini fridge but didnt have any cold water available. There werent any vending machines to get a snack or a water/soda. The phones werent even connected so you couldnt make a call to the front desk if you needed anything. There was 0 communication unless you wanted to walk down to the front desk. Late night staff wasnt friendly or willing to help. The one ice machine that was at the property was extremely dirty. The shower head in the shower was dirty and there was no conditioner. I was very disappointed in this property.

Popped into town to visit Pennhurst Asylum. The hotel was close very well priced. They are at the end of a renovation, but room was very big clean and fair priced.
