Nice hotel with a few exceptions

Room was clean but very small. Not enough room to move around. The bathroom was fine except the length of the mirror interfered with the faucet meaning the water wouldn't stay on . Never experienced that issue in a hotel room before.

Overnight stay as part of a longer trip - arrived late in the evening, slept, had breakfast and we were on our way. Room was clean, bed was comfy. Breakfast was on par for this type of hotel, biscuits were not the best for the biscuits and gravy. Overall, meet our expectations and needs.

The desk person on staff was amazing. I booked through a third party travel site and there was some kind of mix up. I had a prepaid reservation and they had no record. She jumped through hoops at 1230am when we arrived trying to get it figured out and when that wasn’t possible, she checked us in anyway so we could figure it out in the morning with the site manager. Not many places show that kind of dedication and trust anymore.

Overall, our stay was good except for the inconsistency. According to my email from Hotel.com my reserved room is with 2 QUEEN BEDS but the hotel desk clerk said that she received a notification of a room with a KING BED instead.

First time in a Sleep Inn; rooms are small but they are comfortable for two people. This hotel is clean - spic and span. One of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in. You do have to ask for daily room service if you want clean towels and the trash removed. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. The continental breakfast is nice and the dining are was clean. The only negative I can give is the 24/7 coffee (and keep in mind I know this is a benefit). The coffee is not good, the machine needs to be "tweaked" or the brand changed. It's just hot brown water. If you are looking for an affordable place to "sleep" this is it.

It was everything we hoped it would be for our one night stay for a nearby concert. They were helpful getting us directions to the Wings Event Center and later to join the rewards program. Breakfast was a delicious send off meal before heading home.

Absolutely amazing check-in was a blast. Mika was amazing. She rolled with the punches of our card not working two or three times realize she had to reset the system gave us great ideas for food. It was amazing. We will come again.

The hotel was clean and the room was cool when we arrived on a hot day. It was a little muggy in the room which I will attribute to the humidity outside and the fact we were on the ground floor. Good enough for one night stay, just passing through.
