Walkable to Kenrokuen, dining, shopping and lots more! All the staff were very nice and the room was excellent! Their breakfast has lots of choices and they were great! I’d like to stay this hotel again!!

The hotel is conveniently located next to shopping malls and Kenroku-en. However, our hotel room did not meet our expectations. The fridge in our room didn’t work, which made our food spoiled. We have mentioned the issue to the front desk 3 times, but they insisted that the fridge worked, it’s just very weak. They do not have a microwave accessible to the guest, so we cannot heat up our food anywhere. I will not come back to this hotel unfortunately despite its 4 stars.

Hôtel confortable classique

Séjour d’une nuit avec un bon accueil sur place. La chambre est spacieuse avec deux lits double de 140, des draps en percale de coton. Un vêtement de nuit mis à disposition. Une bouteille d’eau offerte. Salle de bain avec vrai baignoire. En étage élevé, jolie vue sur la ville. Assez bien situé.

Great hotel, location and excellent service.

A very nice hotel and very friendly staff not only at reception but all over the hotel. We got upgraded to a really large room and given free buffet breakfast as well because we are VIP of Hotels.com/Expedia. So, if you are a VIP. Stay in this hotel. : ) Location is great and parking is at location under cover. We really enjoyed the buffet breakfast Thanks Kanazawa Tokyu Hotel. .

We had a family of 6 staying in 2 separate rooms for this trip. The Hotel was easy to find and met all our requirements. We made some requests to have 2 rooms close together and they were very helpful with that. They were also very helpful in helping us make airport transfer arrangements. Overall, the service is what stands out, even amongst the lofty service standards in Japan. Would stay here again if I'm ever in Kanazawa.
