The property overall was nice and ideal for what I need; but, they did not have the room I paid for available. Why should I have a 2 Queen room when I paid for a 1 king. That’s not right what’s so ever.

Perfectly suited our needs

We went for a weekend with family and the hotel was nice. The room was clean and big enough for 2 adults and a teenager to share comfortably. There was plenty of towels for a 2 night stay. Breakfast was pretty standard... an assortment of hot and cold items each day and depending on the time there might be a hard time finding a spot to sit. The pool is outside and even though it was 95+ degrees when we stayed, the pool temp was a bit cool for my liking. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely stay again if we needed to go back to the KC area.

Very high quality for what we paid

The room was spacious and very comfortable, with a separate living area separated from the sleeping area by a quarter-wall. We were surprised by the great price we got on such a room. The finishings were above average: good carpet, good beds, nice furniture. The food at breakfast was a step above what we have had at many other hotels. Eggs didn't seem like they came out of a carton. We were very pleased overall.

First off the hotel is very nice! We had a very bad experience Saturday night because one of the other guest decided it was a smart idea to smoke in the emergency stair case area at midnight and set the fire alarms off not only did we have to evacuate the hotel for 30-45 mins for the fire department to clear the hotel we where leaving Sunday morning so couldn’t get no sleep and then had to drive 8 hours home
