I recently stayed at TRS Yucatan and had an incredible experience from start to finish. The resort is absolutely beautiful — lush greenery, stunning pools, and a peaceful, adults-only atmosphere that made the entire trip relaxing. The service was outstanding. Every staff member we interacted with was kind, attentive, and genuinely wanted to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. Special shoutout to the butler service, which really elevated the stay with personalized attention. The food was also excellent. Between the à la carte restaurants and the Chic Cabaret (which is 100% worth the extra cost), every meal felt like a special occasion. The variety of cuisines and quality of ingredients were top-tier for an all-inclusive. Our room (Junior Suite with Private Pool) was spotless, modern, and super comfortable. Having a private pool felt like a luxury and gave us the perfect spot to unwind in privacy. Overall, I highly recommend TRS Yucatan for anyone looking for a more upscale, relaxing, adults-only getaway in the Riviera Maya. I can’t wait to come back!

El personal de servicio excelentes personas, pero a nivel gerencial pesimo trato cuando se trata de resolver algun percance, en particular nos toco la habitacion oliendo super mal, y se tardaron medio dia para cambiar la ropa de cama, las bebidas alcholicas no son premium como las anuncian en su publicidad, todo te quieren cobrar extra en cuestion de alcohol, y ciertos alimentos tambien son con costo extra, NO compren el bracalete Premium es una estafa, lo que te dicen que incluye no es verdad, llegas a los bares y resulta que no tienen las botellas o las tienen que pedir a gerencia etc, y en mi experiencia me intoxique con la comida :( Comentario extra los bares y restaurantes cierran a las 11, el de la alberca cierra a las 6 pm y el unico abierto es el del lobby… ChicCabaret fue lo unico padre! super show! y mucho zargazo en la playa

I came here with my bf for my early birthday! we loved our stay at TRS yucatan. The food and ambiance was amazing. There were so many pools and the butler service was spectacular. this resort Truly feels like you’re in the jungle! We went early June so there was a lot of seaweed, we will definitely be back in nov/ oct when the seaweed is clear :) forsure one of my fav places to stay by FAR! You’ll love it here.

They made my Birthday very special, they made sure the staff all around said happy Birthday to me, went to see a cabaret show at Chic and they had a special table along with bottle of champagne and did a celebration during the show. I was very surprised. The entire staff was very nice. I would recommend this place for sure to others and will stay again.

Went here for our honeymoon and had a great time. Our only critique of TRS and the other resorts of Palladium is that the food is very hit or miss. The quality of meat was not great. Very chewy, fatty, and often times under cooked. Other than that, it was amazing. A lot of activities, restaurants to try, and great staff. The entire trip we kept talking about how great the service was from the staff. Loved that there was golf cart transportation included between the resorts, as it is a big property and lots of walking if desired.

Unusable Beach, unusable salt water pool, very limited "Adults only" areas. First 4 hours were hijacked with a pressure sales pitch to buy into their "Travel Club". No poolside service. Exaggerated "walk times" to features, 5 minute walk actually a 10 minute golf cart ride, after waiting 10-15 minutes for a cart. Grossly disappointed, and not the Honeymoon we were anticipating. Will definitely not be recommending or going to any other TRS resort.

Wonderful place for a vacation. The grounds are jungle like with walk ways through the jungle. Resort is large so carts are used a lot. We like to walk and did most days adding up three miles per day. Restaurants had great food and pool service for drinks was prompt. Your butlers do everything they can for you we were in building 61 with a private pool our butlers Maggie , Alexx and Alexis were the best from make our reservations at the restaurants to setting up Birthday surprises for my wife. We normally do one time at a resort and never return to try the next one on the list. This resort we will return to again. The people here are wonderful.

The property was beautiful, exceptionally clean and well kept. The staff was top notch - helpful, courteous, and always wanting to make your stay enjoyable. The only things that I wish were better were the advertisement if daily events around the property and music being played around the pool areas.
