This was our first time at this property. Very nice that you had more than plenty walking paths, needed to be marked better. I got turned around several times and I am pretty good with direction. We found it strange that the family side had swim up bars but not the adult only. The private TRS Beach was nice and had great food choices (if it was stocked and ready to go). The service when it comes to the resturants weren't as attentive compared to others we have been to. Overall a great time and beautiful place.

Liked: It was beautiful and safe. The pools were a great temperature, super clean, and had easy access to drinks, water, showers and towels. The breakfasts/brunches were fantastic. The birds, coati, racoons, and iguana were very friendly. Housekeeping staff and shuttle drivers on the property were fantastic. It was walkable or shuttleable to all of the palledium group hotels. Didn't like: It was far from the airport and the shuttle there was expensive (extra $200 USD). They basically force you to meet with a person to go over upgrades and vip buy in options that feels very pressured and takes a lot of time. The daily schedule is only available thru an app or from a butler and it is not available ahead of time. So, you get activities on the day they happen, but some start at 8am but the schedule doesn't post until 9am ish. There were some gaps in the times when food was served that were unclear so the "all inclusive" was somewhat inconvenient. Also, you need to make dinner reservations almost everywhere and they are pretty much full by the time you check in so, better to do well before you even get there. Room was damp and musty smelling, but not so bad with the air conditioner on.

My husband and I recently went to TRS Yucatan and had a great time! The grounds are beautiful and massive! We liked how we had access to all 4 resorts, each with their own charm. The pools were clean and great, and the drinks were great. The food was among some of the best we've had at all inclusive in the past. Overall, great experience. My one critique would be dinner reservations and the butler services. It was extremely difficult to find dinner reservations (granted, we were a large group but we found similar issues when the group went down to 6 and then 4), We would try to make reservations with our butler and were told they were unable to make them. Then we would go to concierge in the lobby and they were able to make them. There is a lack of communication between the butlers and the reservation system they use is primitive. That being said, We HIGHLY recommend this resort and are planning on coming back!

Incredible Stay at TRS Yucatan – Can’t Wait to Return! Our experience at TRS Yucatan was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were treated like VIPs. The level of personalized service from the entire staff was beyond impressive—everyone was warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay unforgettable. A huge shoutout to the incredible team: Concierge Jorge – always helpful and ready to assist with anything. Butlers Maggie & Andrea – went above and beyond to make our stay special. They made sure our dinners and rides were taken care of. Driver David Alejandro – friendly and efficient, making every ride around the resort a pleasure. Front desk staff Enrique and the amazing concierge team – professional, welcoming, and always smiling! Concierge Supervisor Jonathan - personalized service, always remembering our names and very thoughtful to our group. Severs Guadalupe and Roberto at Tantazione went above and beyond for my cousin's birthday. La Terraza Supervisor Jeremy and bartenders so many others that I wish I could remember the names. The resort itself was stunning, with breathtaking beach views and incredible wildlife all around. The drinks were fantastic, and while the food was hit or miss in some spots, El Gaucho delivered an amazing meal, The Nest had a solid breakfast, and Capricho was perfect for lunch. Overall, we had an amazing time and will absolutely be back! TRS Yucatan knows how to make guests feel special. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved TRS Yucatán! The hospitality is by far the greatest and the resort is amazing! The beach is spectacular and the resort has so many beautiful pools and lots to do! The restaurants are plentiful, the only downside is the food is a hit or miss at times. Some restaurants are great while others are a bit lacking. Would definitely return and stay here again! Had an absolutely amazing trip! The staff is absolutely incredible and helped us with our every need! We love this place and can’t wait to go back soon!
