We enjoyed our trip. The resort wasn’t our favorite … but I believe that’s due to personal preference (we like ocean and steps from the beach vs room on third floor in the jungle). No complaints otherwise. The resort was clean and huge. We didn’t mind walking or easily hailing a cart. The staff was wonderful. Our butlers Israel. Alexx and Bernard were extremely helpful and the birthday surprise was extra thoughtful. Fernanda our Expedia butler was generous. The Chic and Bingo were a blast. The spa services were heavenly. Food was pretty good. I think there was only 1 time we could t get the reservation for dinner we wanted one evening during our 2 week stay so simply chose if another evening. Overall we relaxed and had fun - two weeks vacation is a blessing. Can’t complain! Booking through Expedia makes the planning streamlined.

Everything was lovely, we had a fabulous time. But, I would say the “butler” feature is a bit oversold. They disregarded most of our “wish list” and did not provide a wheelchair for one of our party, despite being confirmed. Not the end of the world, just unexpected.

This was one of the best vacations I’ve ever been on! The resort was beautiful, clean, full of different options of what to do, where to eat etc. The staff are so personable and accommodating. Special shout out to Fernanda, Israel and Bernardo for making this extra special for me and my now fiancé and helping him plan the proposal! We will definitely be back and cannot wait!

The property itself is well maintained however we experienced two planned power outages during our stay for several hours affecting food restaurant services as well as public restroom amenities. We were only notificatied by our butler about one of the midnight to morning power outage. I don't feel that the daily ambient state charges were justified by this maintenance. I also feel that overall the employees lacked communication and did not want to be bothered with questions. The front desk once directed me to my butler for simply asking them if they had other wifi accounts since I was experiencing issues with the Palladium account when I was staying at TRS hotel. There are no bar servers at the infinity pool or lobby or Rocas bar as you have to order your own drinks at the bar. When there is a server they don't take your order down correctly so they are useless.

Fully inclusive to a point. For those that enjoy alcoholic beverages, they are inluded if ordered at the bars, but not with meals in the restaurants. Also, there is a constant push to purchase upgrades that are not included with the base inclusive package. As for the resort itself, it is very well maintained except for the linens that are often stained and a bit threadbare, which is unexpected for a resort that positions itself at a 5 star level.
