Historiallinen alue on alle 1. 5 kilometrin päässä. Olet kirjaimellisesti 1 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä hämmästyttävältä uima-altaaltamme ja kuplivalta porealtaaltamme. Tennis-harrastajalle meillä on ainoa savikenttä länteen avainsaarella.

Amazing views.

Love this condo for the views and it had enough space for the whole family to spread out and not feel crowded . It had easy access to the pool and parking was right below it. I liked that they provided plenty of towels, hand soap, toilet paper and blow dryers for our trip. The condo was about a ten minute drive to Duval street which didn’t bother us because there is plenty of pay to park spots all over Key West. One recommendation is I wished they had screen doors on the sliders. There was one propped up but didn’t fit the frame. I would highly recommend renting this condo.

Great stay, property management is very responsive

We stayed here in mid July 2023. This was during a brutal heat wave in Florida. The property was very nice, however, the ceiling fan in the master bdr was shaking and we were concerned it might fall. Also, the floor fans which were in the closet were broken. We contacted property management the first morning and they were out the same morning to replace both the ceiling fan and floor fans. Very responsive! Thanks for a great stay for our family!

Close to ocean but a lot of seaweed and smell. Didn’t use. Nice pool area. View of pool and ocean. Difficult check in process. It would be a long walk for elderly folks unless you can park in garage. Only one car can park in garage. Dated furniture and decor. Floors were dirty. Comfortable beds. Large condo for families. Can only leave 2 loads of laundry or they charge. Had to do laundry. Dryer does not dry quickly. I recommend cleaning staff take all towels and sheets to wash with bleach. Don’t rely on guests getting them clean and sanitized.

Won’t be back

This property is located in the first level. View is amazing but we couldn’t sit outside without being eaten alive by what locals call “no see ems” Tiny black bugs that leave itchy bumps (ours lasted almost 3 weeks!) It was miserable. Also, if you open the curtains to look at the view the rooms gets hot very fast. AC controlled by property management so can’t try to cool off inside. So with no view and not able to sit outside made this trip not so great. I recommend keep looking before you book this one.

Among the Best in Key West

Loved the 3B/3B condo right on the ocean. It is impossible to stay any closer to the water unless you are on a houseboat. The condos are a bit older, but pretty well kept, and built like a fortress. Our condo was perfect for our group of 6, with 3 sizeable bedrooms and a full size kitchen and large living area. TV's worked great. Also a very nice large wraparound patio, but there may be issues with small bugs (no-see-ems) that are ankle biters. Also, the sun comes pouring in from the east of course, so the condo is pretty bright and warm in the morning. Loved the large pool and hot tub, which were very well kept. There are several tennis courts that are in really good shape. Also, the condo is a 5-minute walk from Smather's Beach, which was REALLY nice and not too crowded. Be sure to note that this condo is on the West side; we tried the East at checkin and couldn't find it. And the condo, being on the water, is a long interior walk from the elevator. The owner and property mgr were fine to deal with so no issues there. Highly recommend this condo!

Ideal

We loved our stay in Key West and would definitely rent this condo again. The condo was well appointed with beautiful views from the bedrooms and the lanai. We were very near Duval Street and all the restaurants, sightseeing, and activity spots, but far enough away that we were not bothered by crowds or noise when we got home. We loved the pool, hot tub, library and work out facilities on site. It was an ideal vacation home.

Nice place, but missing a lot of essentials.

The amenities and location are nice. Plenty of room for everyone, lots of towels provided, beautiful pool, large balcony, wonderful view and grounds. Issue with dryer was resolved quickly. Designated garage parking space was very convenient to the elevator. Check in was confusing as the building has 2 sides/wings. We had to figure out that our place was on the eastern side/wing. Here are the some things that could have been better: The basic essentials were missing. We booked for 1 week and were provided with 1 trash bag that was too small for the trash can, 1 tide pod for laundry and no shampoo. It made it difficult after traveling from California and N Carolina. The 1 tide pod was very disappointing especially with the checkout instructions … we were instructed to wash all linens and leave only 2 loads for the cleaners. There was mold on the master bathroom pocket door; beds were sagging and uncomfortable; no hangers were provided. And lastly, the kitchen needs more utensils (only 2 steak knives), pots and pans were worn so food kept sticking to them. Also, there was no where to hang damp beach and bath towels for drying (we used the backs of chairs) On our one day of rest, the facility had to do repairs to the column right below our balcony. We were not informed prior. The noise from the jack hammer vibrated every single room of the building. We called the property management, but the repairs still continued throughout the rest of the day. Lastly, the SMELL, oh the smell. We noticed that the side of the island that the property is located has a lot of the brown seaweed (Sargassum). The smell from the rotting seaweed was unbearable at times. We did have 1 day of relief when the wind blew out to sea. On the drive home, we all shared our feedback amongst one another and decided to give the place a 2 star rating overall. I’d say, it was definitely not worth the amount we paid.
