The rooms were quite rundown, so much so that we asked to be moved, there were numerous problems. Our second room was reasonable. The lady in charge, Nancy at the front desk, is wonderful and she is very helpful and friendly. She wasn't there on the day we arrived, and on check-in we found her offsider rude and sulky, not even a smile. We called her down an hour or so later with a list of what was wrong in the room, but basically no response. The next day Nancy was there and everything ran smoothly, she apologised for the state of our room and we moved, which was easy as it was off-season.

Comfortable bungalows with a nice beach side pool

A nice beach side location with a nice pool and a bar to watch the sunset. Rooms are very basic and with a little care could be great as they look a little dated. Staff were friendly and the air conditioned bungalow was comfortable with good wifi. Unfortunately, when staying for 4 days you get to choose to have your room made up on 2 of those days...that's not how hotels are supposed to work is it?!

Bra service, fint läge nära precis vid stranden, kanske inte den finaste stranden på Koh Lanta men en bra utgångspunkt. Uthyrning av motorbikes precis bredvid hotellet som även hjälper till med transfer. Två fina pooler finns också på området! Mycket prisvärt boende!

Helt ok för priset, frukosten bra men enahanda. Småsnåla med vattenflaskor och toapapper, möbler och dynor kring poolerna slitna och ofräscha. Restaurangen och baren inte så lockande, grillad fisk jättedyrt. Stranden vid lågvatten inte så inbjudande men trevliga barer med solsängar en bit söderut.

At check in discovered we had a second floor room with no limited mobility access and no air conditioning. You could open room door when it was locked. They did accommodate us by finding rooms but had to stay in first room for three nights. Then had to move four times during our three week stay. Cost went up by 50% and couldn't pay with Visa as it would then have to go through hotels.com. Cut into our holiday budget. Resteraunt was expensive with mediocre food.

Hotellin huoneet siistit ja mukavat. Allas ihan ok. Sijainti hieman kaukana keskustasta, mutta skootterilla pääsee hyvin liikkumaan ja hotellilta saa tarvittavat kulkupelit. Hotellin ravintola ei montaa tähteä saa, mutta viereisen hotellin ravintola oli erinomainen.

Schöne Bungalowanlage mit Pool direkt am Strand

Für unseren Aufenthalt haben wir die Hälfte eines Bungalows bezogen. Die Anlage mit zwei Pools und Restaurant ist sehr schön angelegt und gut gepflegt. Das inbegriffene Frühstück ist völlig in Ordnung und das Restaurant sowie die Bar ebenfalls sehr gut.

Oude bungalow, 2 zwembaden

We kregen een oude bungalow ipv een nieuw "double building", wat 2 kamers in hield. Voor verschillende gasten. De tv had geen kabeltje er in, dus snow only en geen afstandsbediening. T was niet bepaald netjes. Het bed en handdoeken gelukkig wel. Niet onderhouden gebouwtje, zonde! Wel groter dan de nieuwe gebouwtjes. Was voor 3 personen. Wel 2 zwembaden :o) Het strand was niet fijn, met rotsen enzo meen ik. Met scooter mooiere strandjes bereikbaar.

Lækker pool, god strand, restaurant ok. Selvom det kun ligger 1,3 km fra området med restauranter osv, så er det ikke gå afstand hvis man ikke vil køres ned, og der er mørkt på stranden. Billigt ja, jeg havde desværre fået booket 3 nætter med fan (fejl) så jeg måtte finde noget andet da solen stod direkte på rummet 6.00 Rent værelse; joeh, ikke på balkon, der var møg beskidt. Tror hvis man ka få en billig bungalow, ikke vil ud særligt men bare nyde poolen er det ok.
