Beautiful area, hidden surcharges

This place is nestle under the Yatsugatake mountain range. The accommodation is part of a cabin community managed by a hotel in the center. They pick up from the koumi line and drop you off at the cabin of your booking, which range from ones with outdoor tub(6 ft ish) to ones with a kitchen. The cabins are comfortable enough even for long term visit (also quiet). Depending on your cabin it’s a potential walk to the central hotel complex.aside from the main set of buildings there are very few supporting businesses. I loved the quietness. However their listing is a bit deceptive. Pictures show a onsen pool but that is only available in the main complex for a fee! 600¥. And also once you book they say there is surcharge for heating from winter to April. It’s substantial fee and they don’t tell you upfront (3-5000 yen). It’s nice enough place but definitely want a car. Having booked in so many places one thing I hate is when a place misrepresents themselves and I kinda felt that way. As long as you are told then it’s okay but the pictures and reality are not the same

施設はとても良かったです。チェックイン後すぐに露天風呂のお湯が沸いていてお風呂に入れたのも良かったです。 チェックインは機械で行うのですが、サービス内容の詳細がレシートには記載がなく、お食事のサービスをつけていたにも関わらず、素泊まりと勘違いしてしまいご飯代を無駄にしてしまい損してしまいました。1人フロントにスタッフが常駐していたので、サービス内容説明があればよかったのになと思いました。

木立の中のコテージで、とても気持ちの良い場所でした。 お部屋も広く、天井も高く、建物については申し分ない素晴らしいお部屋でした。 ただ、気になった点が２つ。 文句を言うというよりも、今後是非改善して頂けたら、という想いで綴らせて頂きます。 ・お風呂のバスタブに、髪の毛が残っていました。かなりこびりついて取れにくかったので、清掃をササっとした状態では流れなかったのだと思います。清潔感が問われる場所なので、精相互の確認をしっかりして頂けたら、と思いました。 ・私が嗅覚が敏感ということもあり、寝具のリネン類（シーツとか布団カバー？）が消毒のような薬品臭がきつくて、ベッドで休めませんでした。ソファが大きめだったのでこちらで寝ることが出来ましたが、あまりに強い薬剤を使っての消毒は見直しをお願いしたいです。 眺めも良く、ダイニングテーブルも大きく、バスタブも大きめで、今まで泊まったコテージでは一番気持ちの良い建物でした。それだけに、上記2点が残念でした。 上記を改善して頂けたら、文句なく5つ星の素敵なコテージでした。
