I was misled about the swimming pool—it was filthy and closed for maintenance during my stay. The exterior of the hotel was unkempt, with a strong, unpleasant odor, and people were smoking right outside the building entrances. Inside, the carpets in both the hallways and rooms were heavily stained. I had booked two rooms, and both had broken or missing safety locks on the doors. The beds were uncomfortable, and the towel racks were coming loose from the walls. There were exposed TV cables, and the wall had been painted around the television without removing it, leaving an unprofessional finish. The chairs were stained, and the floor tiles were cracked and hazardous. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with the condition of the hotel. While the staff were courteous and tried their best, it's unfortunate they have to manage such a poorly maintained property. The housekeeping team appeared to be doing their job, but the hotel itself looked almost abandoned—especially from the outside. Even the bathtub had been painted over, and the paint was already starting to crack.

This place was a huge disappointment.(We had the king suite) It looks nothing like the pictures you see when booking online. The parking lot and building needs alot of TLC. the carpet on the inside needs replaced. Our room carpet was filthy. The bathroom was in horrible shape, tub/shower had cracks and holes in it, the Curtain rod was barely holding on. Smelled horrible (we had to got by spray and cleaning supplies) Breakfast was a joke and out of everything. We travel alot and this by far might have been one of most disappointing places when stay at. 😔

The room was comfortable and clean. It was ok for the one night our family stayed. However, the pool was down due to the t temperatureThere were large potholes in the parking lot.Also the breakfast was very limited.

The property could be updated and the building wasnt anything like what was pictured online. The person on duty when i checked in wasnt very friendly at all. It was nice and quiet. And i thought no animals was allowed but saw a cat in the window. People was living there you could tell.

The parking lot was a trap to replace your tires. Big massive potholes. This property had Changed owners so much that someone should bring value to the property, instead of a quick dollar. Kimberly the hotel manager did provide accommodations for my daughter. The assistant manager was totally rude. There is so much potential to the property just nobody to invest. It was a ok stay, it served its purpose.

The 2nd desk person was rude and when I called him out on it he said I was rude the minute I walked, ummm no I was tried from traveling all day. If you’re working you should be nice to anyone coming into your place of work. Also, building does not look like the picture and we missed it and had to turn around.

No lighting on the building sign was not lit drove around the block 2 or 3 times looking for the hotel. When we finally found the entrance, we hit a huge pothole I'm talking 3-4 feet wide 10-12 inches deep that we could not see because of no lights in the parking lot. The picture shown in the advertisement looks nothing like what it actually looks like. Breakfast consisted of waffles, 1 apple, 6 oranges and an orange juice machine that was out of order. This hotel should be shut down till all renovations are complete and the parking lot is repaved, potholes everywhere. I will not return to this or any Whyndum properties.

The hotel and room was clean, but there were a lot of little bits of disrepair. Chipped and peeling paint on the exterior, rough and pothole filled parking lot, broken tiles in the lobby, damaged drywall in the rooms. There was also a very limited selection for breakfast and the juice machine was out of order all week.

Customer service was well and expected there is only so much the the host can co trol but the property and rooms were of poor quality. Two of the back doors did not lock for those going in and out as they please. Parking lots is nothing but potholes. Lighting in the hall ways is very poor. My room had two bulbs blown. Did a good check for bedbugs and nothing that was a good thing.i will not recommend. The pool was less than impressive tiles chipping and unsafe. Dirty all around the carpet stains were curious and plain raised too many questions for a second booking

Clean room

Beds were fine, room reasonably clean, but rest of place in disrepair. Reasonable breakfast but nobody was attending to it and out of many items. Front desk people were friendly and efficient. Wasn't expecting a high end hotel at the price point, but they need a little investment.

You could tell the property was being renovated, but maybe they needed to shut down areas at a time to renovate. Our bathtub faucet was so loose it broke while trying to shower. The hallway carpets needed replaced, badly. The pool was frigid, too cold to swim in. Breakfast was lacking. People (guests or homeless people, I couldn’t tell) were smoking directly outside the main doors. The only good thing I can say was the staff was friendly.

Better inside than outside

I would have never stayed there if I had seen it before I booked it. The inside is better than the outside. The lobby area and my room were clean. The outside and hallways were in disrepair.
