Carpet extremely dirty. Fan for ventilation and heat is very noisy. Bad smell，stingy smell around 4am every day coming from bathroom. Either from the ventilation fan exhaust or from the toilet bowl. Staff at the reception are good and helpful.

Overall is good, but it would be better to have a bathtub. The guard at the main entrance seemed functionless that he would not help holding the door when you needed to move your heavy luggage. He was found sleeping when entered or left the property during the late night.

Very enjoyable stay.

Room size is very spacious consider how crowded Hong Kong is. You still get plenty of space for your luggages with two single beds. Bathroom / washroom is also roomy but the bathroom door is a bit awkward (you can either close the door of the bathroom or the washroom, but not both). Cleanliness is good, the staff that attended our floor did a very good job in housekeeping. Free breakfast is also very nice, saved at least $100 a day for two people if eating outside and the quality is not bad.

Holidays Inn Express is nice

Holiday Inn Express is a nice place for a day trip on the way to the cruise ship. Very clean near a couple restaurants.

Although a little out of town the amazing Hong Kong train system made it very easy to get around. Train station very close to the hotel. Would recommend if staying in Hong Kong
