PLEASE NO ONE BOOK HERE TO STAY!!! The photos look fantastic but when we arrived we went to two different receptions and no one could check us in because it was a private residents. They called the owner and got someone else to come down and gave us the keys. That was fine however when we got in the kitchen was filthy they left and old dish towel with stains and a wash cloth that has never seen the laundry. We found hairs from other people on the bathroom floor and in the shower which we did not dare to go into without flip flops due to the state it was in. There was grime everywhere with the lack of cleaning and the bed sheets (which might have been clean but we are not sure) had stains which either haven’t been washed out or not been washed at all. We had to ask for toilet paper and other amenities …. the reply was the cleaner must have forgot it (with the rest of the cleaning apparently). I think the cherry on top was finding a cockroach ….. We decided we had enough. For your own health, well-being and not to ruin your trip just don’t stay here!!!

I assumed this stay would be something like a serviced apartment rather than a privately owned residence. The front desk would not deal with us at all and just said "Talk to the agent", which was (I assume) the owner of the room. At check out, it was the same, no help at all from the desk, just "contact the agent, or drop the key in the mailbox".

I enjoyed my stay at Platinum Suites. The whole check-in and check-out process was smooth. Any requests I had for the room were happily accommodated for me. The room was always cleaned as requested and I received extra towels whenever needed. The property itself was fully furnished with a microwave, stove/oven, full refrigerator, and washing machine. I would highly recommend staying at this location.

Good location, suitable for family trips

Very good location, near to Jalan Alor (just across the main road) and shopping complex in Bukit Bintang. Clean,and spacious residence unit provided. Very nice pool. Fast Wifi. Secure car park provided. Comfortable beds. The minus thing was the owner provide me with one unit in Swiss Garden Residence and the other in The Robertson (i Booked for two units)

The room is spacious and comfortable to stay at reasonable rate. Owner is amicable. He offered me late check out for extra RM100, due to night departure time of my flight. I suggest following points to be improved; Simple instruction of Wifi connection and how to use TV system to be provided that I could work out without it but some people may need it. Replace Euro plug electrical kettle with UK plug kettle. Remove rubbish left by previous guests. Dishes, utensils to be put away in to the cabinet Prepared hot water is not enough to fill the bathtub, may be possibly increase the temperature if the capacity is limited. Bath mat to wipe feet to be provided Hand towels to be provided

Unit is a one bedroom studio, spacious, clean and comfortable. Location is very strategic, so it’s easy to commute anywhere within the city. Free parking is given - all I can it’s this place is really good value for the price.

必ず有線シム必要！

チェックインの際に、オーナーに有線で連絡が必要になる、ワイハイしか持参してなく、フロントから連絡してもらおうかとしたら、冷たくあしらわれた！毎回ゴミの様にあしらってる様子‥レジデンス泊は住人や客以下扱い。 オーナーは良い人ですから安心してくださいね、鍵無くしたら200リンキッドご注意を。

Ons verblijf was geweldig!

Wij hebben genoten van ons verblijf in het Platinum Suites at Swiss Garden. Het was heerlijk om zoveel ruimte te hebben en het uitzicht was ook heel fijn. We hadden problemen met de WiFi verbinding via ons eigen telefoon. Er was maar 1 app bericht nodig om het heel snel in orde te laten maken. De service was super en de beheerder was heel snel en makkelijk bereikbaar.
