Great boutique property and the service was impeccable! They also offered complimentary roundtrip airport transfer which I appreciated. The breakfast buffet had a good selection and was quite tasty.

The hotel is beautiful but it is noisy because of horrible traffic, and live music from across the street. If you are looking to experience a lure, clean beach Bali, don't stay in Kuta.

A very comfortable and pleasant stay at this hotel. Initially booked for one night, I enjoyed it so much I extended for two additional nights. My room was a pool-access room on the ground floor, offering convenient entry directly to the pool area—very nice for relaxation, drinks, and delicious food. The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming, polite, and accommodating, even allowing me an early check-in. Located in a bustling area surrounded by shopping malls, businesses, banks, and reliable currency exchange, it provided both convenience and safety. The boutique-style hotel is well-maintained despite its age, giving a cozy and charming feel. Although the bed arrangement (two single beds combined to make a king) was somewhat uncomfortable, and the towels and amenities were average quality, these were minor drawbacks compared to the overall comfort and convenience. Breakfast was standard—good enough to start the day, though not luxurious or continental. The currency exchange service at the hotel was trustworthy and competitive, ensuring peace of mind in a busy area. Additionally, their in-house massage service was excellent and conveniently available late into the evening. Overall, a hassle-free and comfortable stay with fantastic service. This is my second visit, and I would definitely recommend it and plan to return again.
