The parking lot smells of urine, homeless people are wandering around. The shower water did not get hot. Trash cans had no liners and the bathroom one was actually broken. Very noisy, the people next door had a dog and they were very loud. The wait for the elevators takes forever. In general I felt like the resort was dirty and smells of smoke.

Horrible Housekeeping. I called in for service, they brought towels, made bed but could not get a cleaning ever over 5 days. Had to go find coffee as they did no cleaning. Called housekeeping again to get service but none at all. All else was good. Front desk great.
