We booked our stay expecting to have restaurants open and very little available. The only food available all day was the little cafe. The seafood restaurant was closed all weekend, the Mexican restaurant was only open in the morning until maybe 2 pm, the stores were all closed down for shopping. I saw a few pieces of jewelry I wanted and the store was closed. Mind you if we had known everything was going to be closed during our stay we could have stayed elsewhere. No where on their website did it say it was going to be limited. When I brought this to their attention she said it was on the website which was not true because I pulled my phone up to check and nothing. I even sent them a message through the booking site and still have not received a message back. The room was okay, it’s a basic room, decently nice view from 6th floor, bathroom was simple, had soaps and conditioner available that mind you fell off the wall because it was only “installed” with double sided tape. The toilet had a slight leak from the back hose so there was water on the floor most of our stay. We had a mini fridge but no microwave. It wasn’t anything fancy but we did get to stay and gamble where we were going to sleep and didn’t have to drive to the hotel. I did get kicked off a game that I was winning on because they had to do maintenance on it..while I was playing and winning. That was rude. All in all would I give this place my money again…I’m not sure. I rather go to Shreveport.
