In the morning, someone, a guest, decided to use my pickup truck as their personal garbage can. Yay. Another obnoxious guest told me that since I couldn't use her 805 beer can in my selfie, I should take a pic of her. With her as a "2" , I wasn't excited 😆. She mounted an offensive diatribe. I left, completely! Abandoned my 2nd nite. Good luck!! Idiots .... You were warned...

The room we stayed in had a kitchen which was a nice feature. We also had a view of the lake which was really nice. The property is very dated and could use some upgrading. The water pressure is terrible, almost non-existent. There were some used items left from previous people left on the shelf in the closet and in the bathroom. A fuse blew somewhere and we were without lights or power in our main room as well as the room next to us. The issue was fixed quickly and the staff were great, just an example of some possible upgrading that could be done.

Small town comfort

A favorite. Love the small town of kings beach and staying at the Crown makes the stay comfortable. The rooms are clean and spacious, and you have beach access. What more could be asked.

We had a great time! It was perfect location with our toddler, there was lots of space for activities and perfect that it’s on the beach in case we needed to go back to the room quickly.

Property was good. Great access to the beach. Parking was ok we were stressed about leaving in our car and not having a parking spot again. Staff were friendly. The room was ok. First walked in and the room was pretty musty and not updated as was viewed online. But it wasn’t terrible. The bed was probably the worst part it was hard as a rock and made for a terrible nights sleep. The bathroom was a little out dated and the shower you felt very confined and if you had to kneel down to wash your hair we are only 5’8 couldn’t imagine any one taller using it. We were able to go walking to grab coffee or a bite to eat. Overall wasn’t bad but couldn’t imagine staying longer than we did and sleeping on those beds
