Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
- smelt like a locker room.
- Complained and asked for a new room. Was told they were booked up and couldn’t put me in another room.
- Sent a maid to the room to “clean”. She had a bottle of spray and sprayed areas on the carpet. She said she couldn’t smell it which is crazy because my whole family complained the entire time.
- Went down stairs and saw people checking in all night. They should have put us in another room, cleaned it, and then gave it to another guest and put us in another room.
- The toilet doesn’t flush unless you hold the handle down.
- The elevator makes a sharp squeaking sound that constantly woke me up in the middle of the night..
- I woke up with a headache and stuffed nose and the air quality is horrible. The sheets have a faint locker room smell also.
- When I went to shower my youngest I grabbed a wash cloth and opened it and found makeup foundation. It looked too fresh. I put water on it and rubbed it together and instantly saw it smudging. Our towels hadn’t even been washed from the last stay.
- The pool is full of debris and not maintained well.
- Painters were everywhere. They were painting in the breakfast area and not covering the plates and other stuff that would be given to the occupants the next morning.
- I felt dismissed when first complained and shut down. I did not pay to stay at the Hyatt for this treatment. I could have gone to a motel 6 if I wanted to sleep in filth.
- There were no trash bags in the trash and in the room
