The property was very clean and the staff was very nice but when we checked in, they could not find my confirmation because the payment was under one name and the confirmation was under another name...both the same last name though. Apparently, the credit card was under my daughters name because she booked the room for us but she input my credit card. This was an issue for the front desk and it was my credit card that should have been use (the one that was input at the time of booking). The property did have some issues. The pool was empty...no water. The room had some foundation issue because the floors were very uneven. The bathroom did not have an electrical outlet. The area with the big mirror had no outlet. The outlet was at the desk area and at the bed.

The hotel is super nice and the rooms are spacious. However, when I try to do my check-in, the counter person took more than 40 mins to provide me with a room. They didn’t have it ready, although I arrived past their check-in time. I wasn’t pleased about this.

The staff was amazing and would be the only consideration to come again. Very polite, kind and helpful. My restroom had blood on the wall, after reporting the issue, it still wasn’t cleaned. The phone did not work in the room. The pull out mattress was still in new plastic, I requested bedding and removal of the plastic - no one came to set it up. I had to get a sheet to dress the mattress. The mattress itself was not comfortable. The main mattress was comfortable. Additionally for both nights of my stay, my key card wouldn’t work. I had to come down from walking up to my room - to have my key card reactivated for entry. Having to make my kids wait outside our door until it was resolved. The breakfast was decent! I enjoyed the different options. All items stayed filled and was clean.
