The way the 2 bedroom suite was split. So there was some personal space was great. Parking was horrible. Even garage was full. Walls are very thin...so keep in mind when using the soaker tub....the running water is very loud.

Room was spacious and served its purpose. Foyer floor was not clean, but room was fine. In one room there was no bedding left to make the couch. We called and requested some after waiting over an hour we called and were told house keeping usually takes a long time so we had to go to the front desk. House keeping eventually came the next morning with the bedding. Only 1 elevator works so it’s very hard to get in and out fast leave yourself 10-20 minutes to wait for one ( I’m not exaggerating I waited 15 min another guest said they waited 20 to squeeze into an elevator) the hallways smell like cigarettes, but I didn’t notice it much in our room. Overall for the price it was fine and these small issues won’t stop me from booking again. Hopefully they can just hire more housekeeping and fix the elevator soon.

Very average resort that’s showing its age. Not very good value for the price. The condition of the units are good and the size in each is fantastic! Unfortunately, at the time of this writing one of the elevators did not work in the building. Leaving only one accessible to both guest and workers. The weight was atrocious.

We hade a bad experience with the room. The toilet was not working properly it clogged and water flooded all over the room. They came to clean it up. They took the towels and never brought new ones over. We had to use the wash cloth ones to dry ourselves after showering very bad experience.

We checked in swiftly, however we got to the room got unpacked started making some food realized the sink was clogged, I went down to the check in office as the phone wasn't label on how to call them, told them the sink was clogged they came up and put a food strainer in the sink didn't check anything, so we had to call again to get someone up there to clear the clogged and it took 3 hours completely in convincing us and having to push our plans. We also had one of outlets that kept popping. Then we woke up Thursday morning to our refrigerator leaking so water was all over the floor we had to put towels down and yet call for service again.

Beautiful family place

Check in and out was easy. Call for items was easy and prompt. Easy access to pools. Security was very present. Key access to all areas. Close to nice neighborhoods and amenities. Activities provided. The biggest plus was I wasn’t expecting two apartments for the kids and families!
