We liked the room and it’s easy to find the facilities because of the signages and it’s great that they have complimentary water but we wish that there is a place where we could grab hot water for free. We also wish that they have opened the lazy pool at 9AM instead of 10AM.

The rooms need updating, there wasn’t any good lighting in the room, and the biggest issue was that they were doing construction to the property so we went without water for many hours each day and the constant noise of construction was very inconvenient!

At least where we stayed, everything seemed newly renovated. Very, very clean with nicely decorated rooms. However, our air conditioning even at full blast did not seem to cool our room. We didn't complain about it, so we didn't give them a chance to fix the issue. Only other con was that there is ZERO soundproofing between the hallway and your room. Lots of very loud drunks at 2, 3, 4am. Took a long time time to get from our room out to the Strip.

Our trip here at the MGM hotel and casino, from beginning to end, was amazing and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and responsive to our needs. We especially appreciated when a staff member helped us check in faster through a scanning system, even though we were an hour early for our check in time and were worried we would not be accommodated. There was plenty of security at different locations of our hotel which completely ensured our safety. Our room was spotless and welcoming from our initial moment of arrival. We were not expecting how quiet our experience was staying here and how convenient it was to get around to the strip just simply by using the different exits of the hotel. We enjoyed it very much and look forward to coming back soon!
