We’ve been to Vegas many times and we chose the Plaza this go around and couldn’t have been more happier. Our host Katie was FABULOUS!!! We had dinner at Oscar’s, great service and great food!!! We went to a show after dinner and saw Maverick’s, we laughed so hard!!! (Maverick’s is a must see) This trip was one of the best trips we’ve had in Vegas!!! Can’t wait to do it all again!!!

Everything has been ok, but at the pool it was much to loud and dirty, why are there pool rules when the guests don't follow them??

The plan was to stay 2 days but we added an extra day no issues at all. The kids had fun at the pool. The air conditioner worked great! A little to great i wish the blankets were warmer but at the same time couldn't turn the air off being 105 outside. One of the elevators was out of service so that made waiting time to get off and on a little longer. The only thing i wish with 4 people they add more towels and toilet paper. Its no problem getting it from house keepers but having to find them or call and waiting is a process.

Quite disappointed honestly. The sink drain was clogged. Ask staff to fix it. They came promptly and whatever they do made it better but still drains slowly! No coffee in the room. Hair conditioner dispenser was empty. Told staff and they didn’t do anything. Body lotion dispenser has soap in it. Air conditioner was super loud. In the good side, the room is nice and clean and Fremont Street Experience was walking distance away.

More Positives Than Negatives

Great to have Hash House, PinkBox, and easy access to Fremont Street. Pop-Up Pizza was also good and most service friendly but one employee had an attitude, seemed bothered to be working, and didn’t say thank you for tip. As for the room, had a couple of problems with thermostat and water temperature day one but they were fixed immediately. For Bell Desk, they only hold your luggage until 10 pm, which is a negative. Pool was solid. It’s easier for me to stay on strip but this will likely be my downtown option. Overall, recommended.
