Pre booked/paid for a 2 queen deluxe room and at check in, front desk staff stated that my room was not guaranteed and gave me the choice to either take a king room or cancel my reservation and leave me and my family without a room. I was told I would be getting a king room with a rollaway to accommodate. Upon entering my room, there was no rollaway, the bathroom was dirty with “hair” in the shower and around the toilet. Thank goodness I booked through Expedia and they made it right and moved me to a different hotel. It was an inconvenience though as we were far from Fremont and had to move hotels at 11pm. The Plaza did charge me the resort fee and has not reimbursed me my money as I didn’t stay the night or even a whole hour. Be cautious when deciding to book with this hotel.

Had a great stay at Plaza as i always do. Best location in Downtown, in my opinion. Great food options and good rates. Will always be my go to property for my Vegas getaways.

Room had mold and was pretty gross all around. Weird things like no Kleenex in the room too, felt like there were so many ways they are trying to cut corners. The shower curtain was disgusting, and was the fabric part with a liner, it didn’t reach the tub so water would go on the floor and has clearly led to mold issues. Wouldn’t stay here again unless it was very free.
