The $100 voucher got eaten in one meal (average plate) and then the tip which we calculated to match the amount left was charged as an extra fee. The software for checkout did not perform well and displayed erroneous information. The wait for check out was nearly a half hour (costing us airport time). The check out staff was curt when asked to explain charges. I expected better. Room was fine. Casino typical of the area.
