The hotel shuttle was efficient and driver friendly. Hotel check in was bit mixed up as they gave us a room that was already occupied. Hotel was clean and rooms ample space.

Good - close to airport and rooms and lobby is nice and well furnished. BAD- room was dirty with blood stains on the pillow. When I tried calling reception the room phone didn’t work. The TV remote did not have batteries. I took the pictures of the room and all that reception had to say was “sorry”. Also be aware that air shuttle does not run 24/7.

Hotel is nice and staff were friendly. We stayed in room 251 but the tv didn't work. Told reception just so they would know it needs fixed as we didn't need one anyway. Small mini fridge didn't work, and desk lamp needed a new bulb I believe as it didn't work. Hotel just needs to check before anyone arrives to make sure things work properly in each room. Hotel sent an email saying that the pool beside requires men to wear jammer style swimsuits. However didn't specify what the women must wear. Therefore when my wife's swim bottoms were considered unacceptable, they offered some used one piece items that show off the butt crack and none were in her small size. As well as only offering myself speedo type tiny panties. When asked if my wife could rent some men bottoms, the man couldn't understand why a women would prefer not showing her lady parts to everyone. Being modest, we unfortunately had to pass on the swimming. I would say the place is still worth staying at if needing a nights sleep near the airport. Also if you swim and don't mind showing your downstairs area then you will be fine.

What’s that smell???

We arrived late with hope of getting some sleep before our early flight. When we entered the room, the smell of sewage was absolutely disgusting. If it wasn’t so late, we would have definitely requested to move, but we were just too exhausted to even bother,,, left a bad taste in our mouth (literally) for our final night in Paris. Other than that, the room was fine and we appreciated the free shuttle.

The hotel itself was nice. I had the steak and frites for supper, and think that it was abit expensive for a small thin steak and very oily fries. The staff was very nice and helpful but the AC was not working in the bedroom and I read on the reviews afterward that this is a common issue.

Great hotel near CDG airport. The hotel felt new and very clean. The restaurant and breakfast were great too. The public pool partnering with the hotel is a good idea and has great amenities but was very busy and not super clean.
