Serious money pit! The staff that work there are great. They do a fantastic job, sweet, great personalities. The rooms are from 1970s, the most uncomfortable beds, and pillows....no lie, I literally could not sleep and I am a veteran...I can sleep anywhere. I paid for the most expensive room and we could not sleep for 2 nights. Every single thing you do, you have to put your wrist up and pay... I literally have p t s d because I literally just got charged for 140 for pool towels 2 days after check out and I was not told that was a possible charge when I checked in.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay at the lodge but I will not be making reservations through the third party anymore. It was such a headache but thank god the staff were so accommodating kind and helpful. I had issues with the reservations because I booked through Expedia but the The Great Wolf lodge of Fitchburg were amazing. !!!! I will be staying again. Side note- it was just me ( mom) and four kiddos!!! Thank you so much I look forward to staying with you guys again!!!

Less than what I expected

The staff were wonderful. The water park was a lot of fun, if somewhat small. It was great for younger kids. The room we were in was clean, but really needs face lift. The carpets are past their prime and the ceiling in the bathroom is peeling quite a lot. It was also very loud in the room because it was right on the corner where the shows, dance parties, and story times are, which went late for those with kids who have a bed time before 9:30-10pm. The amount we spent for two nights given the room was far too much, but overall it was an okay stay.
