As frequent travelers we rate the Corinthia personnel as superior. From front desk to visitor services to doormen all were gracious and accommodating. A burned-out light bulb was replaced in less than five minutes, small but indicative of the high level of service.

The lobby area is nice but the room and furniture is old. The bathroom was the best part. However, when we checked in which was way past 3 pm, the housekeeper was still in the room working on it. Also, we were told we would have access to coffee but upon check out when we asked for coffee we were charged 6 euros for some very terrible coffee. This is not how you treat clients at a so called 5 star hotel.

We stayed over the Christmas Holidays and the hotel met or exceeded our expectations. All the staff were very friendly and polite with no exceptions. Hotel very clean and great rooms and the breakfast buffet was amazing. If you’re looking for a great culinary experience within the hotel try their “Soul Garden” restaurant. Well done Corinthia Lisbon.
