Our stay at the hotel was very good. The staff was very friendly, the cleanliness was excellent, only in the breakfast area. The coffee lines were endless, which prevented us from enjoying this amenity.

Booked a standard room and ended up getting a corner room with a beautiful view of the city and street. The room was more than spacious for my needs! The bathroom was a slightly older and the water overflowed a bit out of the shower, but otherwise I had a very pleasant stay and would 100% recommend staying here again! Also the air conditioning was lovely during the hot summer days

The staff were excellent. Lenor was very helpful. There’s a lot of transportation to get to the Baxia area. It is also easily walkable. The rooms were clean but noisy.

Location great, disappointing bathroom condition

Location is great, very close to a metro line, tour buses and regular buses. Booked a double room and got a twin. The bathroom door in the room did not close and neither did the shower door meaning the bathroom floor had a lot of water each time the shower was used.

The first lady at check-in was very kind and upgraded us to a nicer room, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, once we got to the room the AC wasn’t working. We called twice for maintenance, waited over an hour and a half, and no one ever showed up. I had to go down to the lobby myself in 30°C heat to resolve the issue. After that first encounter, the other staff were extremely rude and condescending, treating me as if I was being disrespectful when all I wanted was a working AC. They even implied it was my fault for not knowing how to use the thermostat, which was properly set. Their final “solution” was to downgrade us to a smaller room with AC. Overall, very disappointing experience considering the service and the way we were treated.
