We chose this apartment complex as we wanted kitchen facilities. The fridge and prep area were helpful so that we could make sandwiches and have cereal every day. There is a supermarket around a 10 minute walk away and lots of smaller local shops. There are loads of restaurants in walkable distance. The room was quite noisy - the bins outside seem to get collected daily at really annoying times like almost midnight or before 6am. There can be noise from the elevator and other surrounding rooms as well as noise from people leaving the restaurants nearby. The TV in the room is tiny - it would be great to have something bigger to match the size of the room. The room is very spacious and there are good storage areas. Some areas like the bathroom are a bit dated and could do with a refresh. A towel radiator would be beneficial as room cleaning is only every other day, so you have wet towels every other day. The hairdryer is hard to use and has a tiny cable. The hotel doesn't provide breakfast so I'm not sure why it says it does. The area is walkable to all tourist areas and close to a metro stop.

Really nice place overlooking a beautiful courtyard with restaurants and coffee shops. Staff was really nice and they let us in early with no extra charge. I would recommend this place to anyone

Great location for people to take cruise, only 10 mm easy walk. Also near the many attractions. The staffs were very warm and friendly. Facility was very clean and have everything we need for simple cooking. 9 mm to walk to Pingo Doce supermarket. Highly recommend!

Cosy and Lovely

We stayed one night in Emporium before our flight home. THe room was clean and very well decorated, Great view with the bay windows. The hotel is very well situated and at walking distance of everything. No parking on site but a 24h public parking is less than 2 minutes away from the hotel, just have to cross the place. Will stay again if we have the change to comeback to Lisbon.
