Hotel is clean and everyone is professional. My only issue is this requires walking 15 minutes to the “ tourist “ areas . It is not located too far but uber was needed several times . Only one block ate excellent local breakfast restaurants

Had a terrific 6 night stay here. The location is fantastic for access to public transportation (i.e. the metro Marques de Pombal station is half a block away) including many bus stops. The hotel itself is very quiet, modern, clean and the room plenty spacious with nice amenities such as coffee, tea, hot kettle, refrigerator and two free water bottles for your stay. Room service is great too, you can even order online. Many dining options close by, convenience stores, even a DIY laundry or two. Great city, great hotel, great value and great staff. I'd come back in a heartbeat!

What an incredibly planned and lovely breakfast for your guests — Portuguese egg tarts, mini-crepes, juices, and so many thoughtful little touches! The room was gorgeous and spotless, and the bathroom beautifully clean. Stay somewhere else

Horrible customer service, promises broken, rooms old and worn out - in particular the bathrooms. Outside area looks nice but is surrounded by buildings of hundreds of people staring at you from every direction.
